Who Am I
My name is Jessica; I am the heart behind Adrian’s Light. A woman who has survived childhood traumas, abuse, grief. I’ve walked lonely road of healing with no one to hold but my children and my own strength. My journey isn’t from textbook’s - its lived, raw, and transformed. Now I help others do the same: rise, reclaim their voice, and finally feel safe to be seen. Empowering lives through healing and truth. Founded in love, built from loss, devoted to your rise.

This work exists because of her. When i lost Adrian, I lost my breath - but I found my truth. Adrian’s Light is a space to heal what was never allowed to surface, to hold space for grief, and to grow into the version of yourself you were always meant to be.
